Before booking a therapy session, an initial consultation is required.

The consultation is an opportunity to clarify the kind of support you are seeking. We will explore questions such as:

What feels most difficult right now?

How are you hoping therapy might help?

Why is this the right time to begin for you?


Consultations are intended to provide an initial sense of fit. Entering therapy should be a mutual and informed decision for both you and I.

During the consultation, we also establish the practical conditions that support effective work, including a predictable meeting schedule and a shared understanding of policies and expectations.
