Session Attendance and Environment Policy
If clients do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled session time, the session will be canceled.
Sessions cannot be conducted while you are driving, a passenger in a moving vehicle, or attending another appointment. Conducting sessions under such circumstances poses significant distractions, safety risks, and liability concerns.
Mental health appointments should be treated with the same level of importance as physical health appointments. To gain the most from our time together, it’s essential to show up, fully engage, and focus on the issues at hand.
Please ensure you have a private, distraction-free environment for remote sessions. This allows us to work together most effectively and ensures your privacy and comfort.
I do not engage in text and email therapy.
In keeping with professional boundaries and respect for client autonomy, I do not actively pursue or repeatedly follow up with clients who choose not to schedule or continue therapy.
Please be aware that my services are not intended for emergency or crisis intervention. If you are experiencing an immediate crisis or require urgent assistance, please contact emergency services or reach out to a crisis helpline. My practice is structured to support clients in a scheduled setting to work through challenges and ongoing therapeutic goals.
